We use top-quality materials such as gold-filled chains and sterling silver, both known for their tarnish-resistant properties under normal conditions, ensuring our pieces are durable and long-lasting.

However, if tarnishing occurs within 65 days of purchase, please contact us at info@welded.shop, and we'll happily offer a 100% refund for the item price.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary but are recommended to secure your booking, although we do accept walk-ins. Book with us now!

Yes, it's one person per appointment, with one piece per appointment slot.

If you wish to have multiple pieces done, please book separate appointment slots for each piece.

If more than one person is attending, please ensure that each person has booked their own slot. This allows us to provide individual attention and ensure the best experience for each customer.

In addition to a $15 booking fee, the price of permanent jewelry pieces is determined by their length, priced per inch. Thin and medium bracelets are $15 per inch, while thicker bracelets are $20 per inch. Charms range from $15 to $50. The final cost varies depending on the material type, its length, and any charm add-ons.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Life happens! You've got up to 48 hours before your appointment to let us know about any changes. Just a heads-up, though: if you miss that window, we can't refund the booking fee.
